Payment Options
Payment is expected at the time services are performed.
For your convenience, we accept cash and most major credit cards.
We add a 3% Surcharge for Credit Cards, and no Surcharge for Debit Cards.
We also offer financing for dental treatment through Lending Tree.

We accept insurance from Delta Dental Premier, Guardian PPO, Aetna PPO, Metlife PPO
and Cigna PPO. Scroll down for details.
Patients with insurances other than above are welcome to be seen as a "Self Pay" patient
with the fees below:

Insurance
We accept insurance from Delta Dental, Guardian, Aetna, Metlife PPO and Cigna PPO.
Delta Dental
We are OUT OF NETWORK with DELTA DENTAL. But will accept and submit claims for patients with Delta Dental PPO and Delta Premiere Insurance. At the time of service, we will look up your insurance coverage and you will only be responsible for your estimated deductible and co-insurance. We will then submit a claim on your behalf to Delta Dental.
However, it is always the responsibility of the patient to fully understand their coverage. Any remaining balances after insurance processes the claim are the patient’s responsibility.
Cigna PPO
We are OUT OF NETWORK with Cigna PPO. But will accept and submit claims for patients with Cigna PPO Insurance. At the time of service, we will look up your insurance coverage and you will only be responsible for your estimated deductible and co-insurance. We will then submit a claim on your behalf to Cigna PPO.
However, it is always the responsibility of the patient to fully understand their coverage. Any remaining balances after insurance processes the claim are the patient’s responsibility.
Guardian PPO
We are OUT OF NETWORK with Guardian PPO. But will accept and submit claims for patients with Guardian PPO Insurance. We will then submit a claim on your behalf to Metlife PPO.
However, it is always the responsibility of the patient to fully understand their coverage. Any remaining balances after insurance pays are the patient’s responsibility.
